Hepcinat Plus Tablet is a combination antiviral medication primarily used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection. It comprises Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir, which together prevent the hepatitis C virus (HCV) from replicating.

Mechanism of Action:

Both Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir, which function as direct-acting antivirals (DAAs). A nucleotide analog called sofosbuvir prevents viral RNA replication by inhibiting the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. The HCV NS5A protein, which is necessary for viral RNA replication and particle formation, is inhibited by daclatasvir. When combined, they lower viral load, inhibit viral replication, and aid in achieving sustained virologic response (SVR).

Dosage and Administration:
