Romy 250mcg Injection containing Romiplostim, is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist used primarily to treat thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) in adults with chronic immune (idiopathic) thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) who have had an insufficient response to corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, or splenectomy.
