Topolive 2.5mg Injection contains Topotecan, a chemotherapeutic drug used to treat multiple cancers, including cervical, small cell lung, and ovarian cancer.

Mechanism of Action:

Topotecan functions by blocking topoisomerase I, an enzyme required for DNA replication. It slows or stops the growth of rapidly dividing cancer cells by interfering with this enzyme, which damages their DNA.

Dosage and Administration:
