Mechanism of Action:

Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate is a non-absorbed inorganic potassium-binding compound. By binding potassium in the gut, it increases faecal potassium excretion and reduces the amount of potassium available for absorption, thereby lowering serum potassium levels.
