Venintas 50mg Tablet includes Venetoclax is an oral prescription medicine used to treat certain blood malignancies, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, and, when combined with other medications, acute myeloid leukemia in certain patient populations.

Mechanism of Action:

Venetoclax is a specific inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2, which is overexpressed in several malignancies. By inhibiting BCL-2, it restores the natural process of programmed cell death (apoptosis), which results in the demise of cancer cells.

Uses of Venintas 50mg Tablet:

•       Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia
•       Acute myeloid leukaemia

Dosage and Administration:

Venintas is taken orally once per day, with food. To prevent tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), the dosage is progressively increased over several weeks.
