Gonapress 0.25mg Injection contains Cetrorelix, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist. Mechanism of Action:

Cetrorelix is a GnRH antagonist. It competes with GnRH receptors in the pituitary gland, inhibiting endogenous GnRH. This inhibits the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). As a result, it prevents early ovulation during regulated ovarian stimulation.
