Etoposide injection is administered by a physician or nurse in a medical institution as a solution (liquid) or as a powder that is combined with liquid and then gradually injected intravenously (into a vein). The kind of cancer you have, the medications you are taking, and how well your body reacts to them all affect how long your therapy will last.
