Afanat 20mg Tablet contains Afatinib Dimaleate is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer in adults with specific mutations of the epidermal growth factor receptor.

Mechanism of Action:

Afatinib specifically suppresses EGFR's and other ErbB family members' kinase activities. Afatinib stops the signaling that encourages the development and survival of tumor cells by inhibiting these pathways.
